At Repertoire Fashion, we strive to make your entire shopping experience seamless, from checkout to delivery. Our commitment to excellent service is reflected in our 5-star Trustpilot rating. This page provides all the essential information regarding our shipping services, charges, and accepted payment methods.

Payment Options

We accept all major secure payment methods. All transactions are protected by industry-leading security and encryption.

  • Pay in 3: Spread the cost of your order easily and securely by selecting PayPal Pay in 3 at checkout (eligibility will be determined by PayPal). You can split your purchase into three interest-free payments.

  • Standard Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay).

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

You will receive two emails regarding your order:

  • The Order Confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase.

  • The Dispatch Confirmation email, including your tracking number, is sent once your order leaves our warehouse.

    Tip: If you do not receive either email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Delivery Charges

Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery  £5.95 - Complimentary delivery for all full-price (non-sale) items* 

Dispatch Schedule

  • Same-Day Processing: Order by 12 noon (GMT) Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch.

  • Working Days: All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following working day. 

Important Notes and Disclaimers

  • Delivery Guarantee: Please note that the 2–3 working day time frame is an aim, not a guarantee from Royal Mail. We cannot take responsibility for delays incurred by the carrier.

  • Customer Liability: If you request goods to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, Repertoire cannot be held responsible if the goods go missing from the specified location.

  • Collection Points: If a third-party collection point is specified (e.g., a locker or collection office), responsibility transfers to the customer once the item has been successfully delivered to that address.

    Please note some orders of higher value will be dispatched via DHL(even if Royal Mail has been selected) and customers will be informed with tracking details. There is no additional charge for this service.

  • Packaging

    All manufacturers packaging for clothing items is removed eg. plastic bags and disposed of when priced, following delivery to us. Prior to dispatch your items are inspected and wrapped our in high quality Repertoire branded tissue paper.
