How Can I Pay For Goods?
Payment by Debit or Credit cards is made through PayPal credit card processing, an established payment gateway used by millions of shoppers worldwide. This is completely separate to the Repertoire Fashion site and no card details are transmitted to or stored by Repertoire Fashion.
PayPal payment option may be selected at checkout, you will be directed to the Paypal login to log into your Paypal account to pay
What Happens Once My Payment Has Gone Through?
You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address which was supplied in the order - if you do not see this please check your spam folder incase it has been directed there.
Upon dispatch, another email will be sent to you with a tracking number, which can be used to track your delivery. Please check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes this can be where they are directed.
Once cleared payment has been received, we endeavour to dispatch goods within 1 working day.
Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked delivery £5.95 (free for non sale items) - order by 12 noon Monday-Friday for 2-3 working day delivery
*Please note that whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver within these time frames it is not a guaranteed service and we cannot take responsibility for delays incurred.
For Christmas delivery order by 12 noon Tuesday 19th December orders placed after this date will be processed but may not arrive by Christmas.
Customers may request goods be left with a neighbour or in a safe place but if goods go missing from this place Repertoire cannot be held responsible.
All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We do not send orders on Bank Holidays; orders placed then get sent the next working day. Saturday and Sunday orders are sent out on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
