How Can I Pay For Goods?
Payment by Debit or Credit is via Klarna, a totally secure site used by 60 million shoppers worlwide. When you finalise your purchase you will be directed to the Klarna checkout. This is completely separate to the Repertoire Fashion site & no card details are transmitted to or stored on the Repertoire Fashion site.
We also accept payments by PayPal & Amazon Checkout which may also be selected at checkout.
Payment By Credit or Debit Cards Via Klarna?
Klarna offers up to 3 payment options at checkout - Pay Now, Pay Later and Pay in 3 instalments. The options which are made available to you will depend on the information received by Klarna during checkout. For example including your date of birth will improve your chances of being offered the Pay in 30 day option as you must be over 18 years of age.

Please note that where payment is deferred to 30 days or paid in instalments, to receive a refund you must return goods to us within our normal 14 day return period - please see our return policy
What Happens Once My Payment Has Gone Through?
Upon placing an order and payment been taken you will receive an order conformation email to the email address which was supplied in the order.
Once goods are dispatched another email will be sent to you with a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery. Please check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes this can be where they are directed.
Once cleared payment has been received, we endeavour to dispatch goods within 1 working day.
UK deliveries are sent via DPD Next Working Day (you will need to order before 12 noon on the previous working day), DPD Saturday Delivery (order before 12 noon on Friday) or Royal Mail 2-3 working day service. Select the service you require at checkout.
Please note that although goods are sent using the services Repertoire cannot be held responsible if the carrier fails to deliver within the specified time scale.
DPD will contact customers via text, to the number they have provided when ordering. Should customers make specific delivery requests to DPD concerning the location to leave packages, Repertoire cannot be held responsible for safe receipt of the goods.
We do not send orders on Bank Holidays; orders placed then get sent the next working day, Saturday and Sunday orders are sent out on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
