Please note that whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver within these time frames it is not a guaranteed service and we cannot take responsibility for delays incurred.
All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We do not send orders on Bank Holidays; orders placed then get sent the next working day. Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday orders are sent out on the following Monday for delivery from Tuesday.
For Christmas delivery order by 12 noon Tuesday 19th December orders placed after this date will be processed but may not arrive by Christmas.
Please be aware that we are unable to change delivery details with Royal Mail once parcels are in transit. Please note that where customers have specified a safe place to leave their delivery, we cannot accept responsibility where a delivery goes missing.
Please note some orders of higher value will be dispatched via DHL (even if Royal Mail has been selected) and customers will be informed with tracking details. There is no additional charge for this service.
Placing an Order
Registered users will be required to enter their email address & password. If you have not shopped with us previously, please fill in the online registration form to create your own personal account. This will enable you to request returns.
Dispatch
Please note: we do not send orders on Weekends or Bank Holidays
Should you be unable to take delivery of goods and they are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries, should any extra costs be incurred by ourselves for re-delivery or return of goods. Goods which cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details being given are liable for the cost of returning and re-delivery of goods.
