Christmas Returns Policy

Goods ordered on or after the 8th December 2016 are eligible for our extended Christmas returns policy. Goods may be returned to us by Friday 6th January 2017 for exchange or online credit  only.
All items must meet our normal returns policy requirements to qualify.
For a full refund our normal 14 day policy applies.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy.  Full refunds on all online orders can only be issued if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold and within 14 days of the day of delivery. Refunds do not include the original delivery charge.  e regret that we are unable to issue refunds for good returned to us after this time.

Returning Goods
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us, we will refund any return postage costs incurred. A member of our customer service team will contact you in order to arrange this. However we cannot accept liability or comment on an item until it has been returned and assessed by our Returns department and confirmed as faulty.

In order to process your refund please ensure that :

  •     All goods must be sent back with all the original tags attached and iin a salable condition
  •     Garments must not have been worn.
  •     Goods must be returned to us with a returns form.
  •     Purchases must be returned within 14 days of customers receiving their order.

Failure to comply with any of these terms will void any rights for a refund or exchange.

Stores cannot issue a refund, all returns requiring a refund must be returned to our head office.
