In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with Royal Mail. Please email us at email@example.com and we will contact Royal Mail to raise an enquiry - please note this may take up to 21 days to resolve.
In most cases we are able to track the parcel down. However, in a situation where the parcel cannot be tracked down we will of course refund your order in full or where possible dispatch an replacement.
