If you have received your garment and decide it is unsuitable or require an exchange, we offer a full return and refund policy ( Excluding delivery charges). If you wish to exchange an item, your exchange will be sent to you free of charge.
In order to return an item(s), please log into your on line account using the email address under which you placed your order. Select ‘Your Orders’, then the order you wish to return. Following the instructions provided, please state if you wish to have an exchange or a refund, you will then be issued with a returns form via email which can printed.
Please ensure that this form in enclosed within the parcel being returned.
Goods need to be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery. We regret that we are unable to issue refunds for goods returned to us after this time.
Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received, are unworn and with the clothing labels and tags intact.
Please note that Repertoire Fashion do not assume responsibility for loss or damage of items in the returns delivery process and thus would advise customers to use a secure recorded delivery service. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Repertoire will not be liable for any missing/damaged parcels sent back to us. We do not refund your delivery cost incurred to send back an item to us.
Please note: Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30pm. If you have requested an exchange or have a query concerning your return and have contacted us outside of these hours, we will get back to as soon as we are back in the office. For example any emails sent after 5:30pm on Friday will be answered on Monday.
