Royal Mail Tracked delivery £5.95 (free for non sale items) - order by 12 noon Monday-Friday for 2-3 working day delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

For Christmas delivery order by 12 noon Tuesday 19th December orders placed after this date will be processed but may not arrive by Christmas.

Returns Policy

We operate a standard 14 day returns policy, a return must be authorised and goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange. View our full returns policy here

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

Goods purchased after Monday December 4th 2023 may be returned for an exchange or refund providing they are received back to us by Friday January 12th. We regret that we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges after this date.

Payment by Debit or Credit cards is made through PayPal credit card processing, an established payment gateway used by millions of shoppers worldwide. This is completely separate to the Repertoire Fashion site and no card details are transmitted to or stored by Repertoire Fashion. PayPal payment option may be selected at checkout, you will be directed to the Paypal login to log into your Paypal account to pay.

You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address which was supplied in the order - if you do not see this please check your spam folder incase it has been directed there. Once goods are dispatched, another email will be sent to you with a tracking number, which can be used to track your delivery. Please check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes this can be where they are directed. Once cleared payment has been received, we endeavour to dispatch goods within 1 working day.

Quick delivery with tracking available. Nicely packaged with items wrapped in Repertoire branded tissue paper which is a lovely touch. I feel they care about your order that little bit more. We will definitely be buying from this company again.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son then he decided there was another on he fancied aswell but I didn't want to pay postage twice. I was worried as the phone number for Repertoire went to answerphone but I emailed them and got pretty much an immediate response and they sorted out the order for me. Very impressed with the service
